Membership & Payments

All memberships must be paid in full and on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to classes, online content, or dojo facilities.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain discipline, respect instructors and fellow students, and follow dojo rules at all times.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership.

Online Access

Online classes and live-stream sessions are for registered members only.

Sharing login credentials or distributing private content is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension.

Health & Fitness

Students participate at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are medically fit to engage in martial arts training.

Intellectual Property & Media Consent

All training materials, videos, logos, branding, website content, and instructional materials are the exclusive property of Freedom School of Martial Arts / CyberDojo.

These materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, or resold without prior written permission from CyberDojo.

Live dojo classes, both in-person and online, may be recorded for training, educational, security, or promotional purposes.

By participating in live classes, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in video recordings, live streams, photographs, or other media content.

By attending or joining any in-person CyberDojo class, you grant CyberDojo full permission and the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in recorded material for promotional, marketing, instructional, and training purposes without compensation.

This includes use in videos, social media, website content, and other promotional or educational materials.

Changes to Terms

CyberDojo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
